Family Practice: James C. Ho, M.D.
Dr. Ho received his medical degree at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed a Family Practice Residency Program in 1995 at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, California. Dr. Ho chose to specialize in Family Medicine because he feels a strong desire to practice medicine "the old-fashioned way" getting to know and treating all of the members of the family. He is qualified to treat infants, children and adults of all ages and is experienced with a wide range of ailments, both acute and chronic. Dr. Ho is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is currently accepting new patients of all ages. He is a member of : American Academy of Family Practice Physicians, Phi Chi Medical Fraternity.
Pediatrics: Antoune Saad, M.D.
Dr. Saad graduated from Damascus Medical School in Damascus, Syria in 1984. He finished a Pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital in Damascus. In 1993 Dr. Saad came to the United States and began a Pediatric residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He completed the program in 1996 and obtained his Board Certification in Pediatrics. Dr. Saad is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Medical Association. He is accepting new patients, infants and children through 18 years of age.
Neurology: Mohsen Ali, M.D.
Dr. Ali graduated from Damascus School of Science and received his medical degree at Damascus Medical School in Damascus, Syria. He completed his medical internship at Barberton Citizen's Hospital in Ohio, followed by a Psychiatry Residency and a Neurology Residency, both at Tulane Medical School Hospital in Tulane, Louisiana. In private practice in Southern California since 1979, Dr. Ali established the Headache Relief Clinic of Medicine in San Dimas. California and has served as the Chief of Medicine at Foothill Presbyterian Hospital and Chairman of the Medical Department of San Dimas Community hospital. Dr. Ali is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and meets the highest standards of his profession. He is a member of: American Academy of Neurology, American EEG Association, American EMG Association, American Neurological Association, American Headache Association, and State of California Industrial Medical Council.
Orthopedic Surgery: Paul Bouz, M.D.
Dr. Bouz received his medical degree at Damascus Medical School in Damascus, Syria. After an internship in Lebanon and an Orthopedic Residency in Damascus, Syria, he served as a staff physician at the Ministry of Health Medical Clinic where he received awards for medical professionalism. He then completed an internship in New Orleans, Louisiana and an Orthopedic Residency at Tulane University Charity Hospital in Tulane, Louisiana. Dr. Bouz began private practice in Southern California in 1979. He has served as Chief of The Ethics Committee, Chief of Orthopedic Surgery, and Chief of Emergency Room of San Dimas Community Hospital. Dr. Bouz is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is highly regarded by the medical community for his professional skill and expertise. His patients appreciate his concern for their recovery. He is a member of American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, Western Orthopedic Association, State of California Industrial Medical Council, and Qualified Medical Examiner.
Pain Management: Gregory Suelzle, M.D.
Dr. Suelzle graduated with his medical degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California in 1992. He also completed a residency in Anesthesiology and a Fellowship in Pain Management at Loma Linda. He received Board Certification in Anesthesiology in 1998 and in Pain Management in 2000. Dr. Suelzle has published many articles and participated in the continuing education of other physicians in the treatment of pain. His training and expertise are highly prized in his extremely specialized field of medicine. A Southern California native, Dr. Suelzle has been in private practice in Illinois for several years. He recently moved back to California and joined Inland Center Medical Group. He is a member of the California Medical Association and the San Bernardino County Medical Association. Chiropractic Medicine: Mayra Lozada, D.C.
Dr. Lozada graduated Summa-Cum-Laude from Norfolk University in Virginia. She attended Southern UNiversity of Health Sciences in Whittier, CA where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. In addition, Dr. Lozada is a Qualified Medical Examiner for the State of California Industrial Relations Department, a certification for her additional expertise in the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries. Dr. Lozada specializes in rehabilitation after work injuries, back and neck pain, and sports-related pain and injury.
Acupuncture: Arminda Atil, L.Ac.
Arminda Atil received her Master of Science Degree in Oriental Medicine from the Samra University of Oriental Medicine in Los Angeles, Ca. She has additional training in Korean Acupuncture as well as various facial rejuvenation acupuncture protocols. Acupuncture has been found to be a useful rehabilitation therapy for a wide variety of injuries and chronic pain conditions. Dr. Atil is also proficient at auricular acupuncture, used to reduce the symptoms of drug and alcohol withdrawal.
Pain Management and Anesthesiology: Dr. Mehta
Dr. Mehta is Fellowship trained and Board Certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology. He served his residency at Case Western Reserve – MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio and completed his Pain Management Fellowship at Temple University – Western Pennsylvania Hospital in 2004. He was in private practice in Illinois and has recently relocated with his family to Southern California.
Dr. Mehta has specialized training and experience in the treatment of all kinds of pain, both chronic and acute. Treatments may include Nerve Blocks, Spinal Cord Stimulators, Spinal Endoscope, Implanted Medication Pumps, Radiofrequency Neuroplasty, and Percutaneous Disc Decompression. A thorough evaluation is performed to determine the best method of treatment.
