Family Practice: James C. Ho, M.D.
Dr. Ho received his medical degree at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed a Family Practice Residency Program in 1995 at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, California. Dr. Ho chose to specialize in Family Medicine because he feels a strong desire to practice medicine "the old-fashioned way" getting to know and treating all of the members of the family. He is qualified to treat infants, children and adults of all ages and is experienced with a wide range of ailments, both acute and chronic. Dr. Ho is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. He is currently accepting new patients of all ages. He is a member of : American Academy of Family Practice Physicians, Phi Chi Medical Fraternity.

Neurology: Mohsen Ali, M.D.
Dr. Ali graduated from Damascus School of Science and received his medical degree at Damascus Medical School in Damascus, Syria. He completed his medical internship at Barberton Citizen's Hospital in Ohio, followed by a Psychiatry Residency and a Neurology Residency, both at Tulane Medical School Hospital in Tulane, Louisiana. In private practice in Southern California since 1979, Dr. Ali established the Headache Relief Clinic of Medicine in San Dimas. California and has served as the Chief of Medicine at Foothill Presbyterian Hospital and Chairman of the Medical Department of San Dimas Community hospital. Dr. Ali is Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and meets the highest standards of his profession. He is a member of: American Academy of Neurology, American EEG Association, American EMG Association, American Neurological Association, American Headache Association, and State of California Industrial Medical Council.

Pain Management and Anesthesiology: Dr. Mehta
Dr. Mehta is Fellowship trained and Board Certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology. He served his residency at Case Western Reserve – MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio and completed his Pain Management Fellowship at Temple University – Western Pennsylvania Hospital in 2004. He was in private practice in Illinois and has recently relocated with his family to Southern California.

Dr. Mehta has specialized training and experience in the treatment of all kinds of pain, both chronic and acute. Treatments may include Nerve Blocks, Spinal Cord Stimulators, Spinal Endoscope, Implanted Medication Pumps, Radiofrequency Neuroplasty, and Percutaneous Disc Decompression. A thorough evaluation is performed to determine the best method of treatment.

Obstetrics/Gynecology:: Geeta Patel M.D.
Inland Center Medical Group is very happy to have the addition of Geeta Patel M.D. to our staff of family and specialty physicians. Dr. Patel has relocated from Long Beach, CA where she practiced Obstetrics and Gynecology for the past two years.

After obtaining her medical degree in India, Geeta Patel completed her medical internship at Detroit Medical Center, affiliated with Wayne Institue in Detroit. From there she completed an OB/GYN residency and a research fellowship at Long Beach Island Jeweish Medical Center in New Hyde, New York.

Dr. Patel provides complete services for maternity care, delivery, and Gynecology. She has additional, specialized training in Urogynecological treatment and Urodynamic testing.

Orthopedic Surgery: Robert J. Kolesnik, M.D.
Dr. Kolesnik is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon. He attended medical school at University of Southern California Medical School where he also completed his internship and Orthopedic Surgery residency. Dr. Kolesnik is also trained in Hand and Microvascular Surgery through a Fellowship program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Dr. Kolesnik has been in practice in the Upland/Ontario are since 1989. A Qualified Medical Examiner, Dr. Kolesnik also has specialized knowledge of Workers’ Compensation and the treatment work-related injuries.
